Harvard University Commencement Office
The Commencement Office organizes all aspects of the Commencement Day ceremony in Harvard Yard, with the exception of press and media relations. The Commencement Office site contains official maps, ticketing information for graduates and families, and schedules of events.

Video services

Broadcast-quality, 5-camera recordings are made of the Class Day exercises (P.M.) and Commencement Day exercises (A.M. and P.M.). Commencement Day programs include commentary during the processionals. Single-camera recordings are made of the diploma ceremonies at all of the houses and several of the graduate schools.
